Today I will share with you one of three secrets how I generate happiness:
HERE IS FIRST: Biology (tryptophan and vitamin D, sleep, exercise and show off). To develop hormones of happiness serotonin dopamine and other noodles, we need a chemical base and catalysts.
1🌞Eat tryptophan (cheese, eggs, peanuts, cherries) and vitamin D (you can take supliments or sunbathe).
2🙈 Now sleep, in order not to accumulate cortisol (a stress hormone) and to make chemical processes passed correctly you need to sleep well.
3.💪Also for the right chemistry you need to move (dynamic yoga, dancing, kenpo, crossfit, everything that causes goosebumps in you). 🐣
4.✌👻And finally show up!: if you are good at something dont be shy (if you are you will never be totally Happy), try to show your talents among people. We must stand out among people with our talents, and the admiration of others is a very powerful catalyst that will launch the chemistry of happiness. Create as many perfect moments as possible throughout the day. Love your day, love your now! Be Happy Guys, its simple. I will share 2 more secrets in the next posts :)
